We then provide ongoing proactive tax reviews, advice and solutions, supporting our clients to navigate the minefield of new tax laws and regulations that the Government has recently imposed on the property business. We give our clients peace of mind by providing a 10 month “in-year” tax review as part of our monthly subscription based “retained service” to ensure that clients are on track to be as tax efficient as possible before the end of their financial year, so they are not caught out with a larger than expected tax bill later on

We are the “go-to” accounting and tax practice for investors and landlords in UK-sited residential property. Working closely with property coaches based in the UK and Europe, and with clients world-wide, we provide a comprehensive service covering book-keeping, accounting, payroll, company secretarial, statutory accounts preparation and filing, corporation tax and UK personal tax services. For our property investment clients who wish to have one firm looking after their UK affairs we also offer VAT, management accounting, tax planning and business advisory services. We don’t advise on overseas taxes but have a network of contacts we can refer you to as and when required.We also focus on providing our “added value” services to small and medium size businesses nationally who are looking for really proactive advice to help them keep their businesses growing and as tax efficient as possible. We act for SME business of all kinds, shapes and sizes and have clients ranging from online retail Amazon based businesses to events management and even an international DJ!

We offer several package options dependent on your needs and preferences and all are based on a flat monthly fee as part of our subscription-based retainer service.
