Providence is a trading style of Providence Financial LTD, established in 2005 and registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We are members of the ICAEW Practice Assurance Scheme.
We are also a Xero-certified partner firm, able to offer their bookkeeping solutions to enable you to keep your accounting records up to date and compliant with UK legislation. We have more Xero bookkeeping solutions available to our clients than available to the general public.
And remember, we offer an enhanced remote service for our clients based all over the UK, Europe and beyond. We have therefore invested heavily in technology so that our clients can benefit from our expertise wherever they may be based. This has shown to be of massive benefit to all our clients during the Coronavirus Crisis where we have been able to meet with and advise them online, receive information from them online, complete all of their bookkeeping and accounts online and make documents available for them to sign electronically for submission online. This also ensures that we are GDPR compliant and that your data is secure and confidential with us.
I started Providence to give both new and seasoned property professionals the best up-to-date tax advice and a complete end-to-end managed accounting service which fully understands the requirements of their often complex financial situations
We are the “go-to” accounting and tax practice for investors and landlords in UK-sited residential property. Working closely with property coaches based in the UK and Europe, and with clients world-wide, we provide a comprehensive service covering book-keeping, accounting, payroll, company secretarial, statutory accounts preparation and filing, corporation tax and UK personal tax services. For our property investment clients who wish to have one firm looking after their UK affairs we also offer VAT, management accounting, tax planning and business advisory services.
We don’t advise on overseas taxes but have a network of contacts we can refer you to as and when required.We also focus on providing our “added value” services to small and medium size businesses nationally who are looking for really proactive advice to help them keep their businesses growing and as tax efficient as possible. We act for SME business of all kinds, shapes and sizes and have clients ranging from online retail Amazon based businesses to events management and even an international DJ!
